Policy for Client Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

We respectfully request for no less than 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  All cancellations not within 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of the service requested. If you are a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the services requested. This applies to Gift Certificate holders as well.  We reserve the right to refuse rebooking to clients who fail to pay no-show or cancellation fees, or clients who no show 3 times.  Failure to pay any fee will result in you no longer being able to book future appointments or purchase any of our products.

Late Arrivals:
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late we may need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate all of our guests that are scheduled. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone.  If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the value of the original service(s).
